The Best Time to Visit Bali

High season is commonly in July and August, but the best time to visit Bali is in May, June, and September before or after high season. During the dry season, the air is not moist, and then a hotel room price is still cheaper than during the high season. There are so many shops offer promotions and discounts and some restaurants are also not too crowded. This can be the best time to do some fun activities such as scuba diving, surfing, snorkeling, and much more.

Meanwhile, when October and November comes, it will be the rainy season. November and December will be rainy days up to March. The temperature in Bali during November will be colder and the rain will come so often. Somehow, there are so many tourists who visit Bali in November and December to enjoy their holiday. December is the peak of tourist visit because it will be Christmas and new year. It is undeniable that during this time, Bali will be crowded despite it is rainy days. However, the highest number of visitors occurs in July and August because the temperature is quite stable. During the dry season, some beaches in Bali are generally clean and beautiful.

Mountain Area and General Condition

In the mountain area of Bali or called central Bali usually has cold temperature and it often rains compared to the coastal area. During the night, the temperature will drastically decrease as it occurs around Mount Agung. Ubud area also will be colder and it rains so often it is compared to the south Bali area such as Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Denpasar. Meanwhile, the general condition of Bali has an average temperature of 26-27 degrees Celcius with moist level as many as 85% because Bali is located on the equator line. Nobody can predict the two season fully. Christmas and New Year or peak season in Bali is the moment where visitors come to Bali from all around the world to enjoy beaches, surfing, and diving. During the rainy season in November and December, you can still do so many things in Bali other than climbing mountains or trekking.

So, we can conclude that Bali temperature in November will be colder because it is the rainy season that usually starts from Oktober and the rainy season will end on March. Meanwhile, the dry season starts from April and ends the September. The stable temperature occurs in July and August where there are so many tourists who visit Bali during these two months. The peak season will start from November up to January where tourists enjoy Christmas and new year.
